Gardens or vegetable gardens managed on a regular basis by a community of employees or of stakeholders (e.g. neighbors)

Objectives:

  • create links between workers and ensure their well-being/efficiency via a resourcing activity;
  • raise awareness regarding a healthy and sustainable diet as well as the preservation of the biodiversity;
  • have a positive impact on the environment.

Methodology:

  • advise on the kind of project and installation of the garden;
  • provision of the equipment;
  • setting-up and coaching of a community of gardeners within the company’s workers;
  • training of the workers.
